Knowing that we are training young children to be future leaders of our nation, we recognize the fundamental academic values of our county and state.  However, as believers in Christ, we also apply a Spiritual dimension to our learning and growing structures with the goal of fostering a love of Jesus in the hearts of our students.  This is "more than a preschool"...This is a ministry!

With this in mind, we believe in the following:

• Learning & growing are processes, not events.
• Spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and social development are equally important.
• Children learn in a variety of ways and variety of paces.
• Our school environment should be fun, active, safe, and loving.
• Teachers & assistants are highly valued, respected, and cherished.

Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis and will begin at 9:30 am on the following dates:

• Official Church Members: Monday, February 4th
• Open Registration: Monday, February 18th

Teacher/Student Ratio:
     3 year olds: 10:2
     K-Bound: 12:2

School Hours: 9 am - 12 pm
     3 year olds: Tuesday/Thursday
     K-Bound: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

This schedule allows families to have long weekends together for trips and activites.

School Calendar:
     Will follow the Botetourt County 2008-2009 school calendar &
     inclement weather schedule.

Tuition:
     3 year olds: $80/month
     K-Bound: $95/month

• Chapel Time 2x per month with Pastor Kevin
• After school "Lunch Bunch" on a periodic basis (extra fees apply)
• Special Thematic Days: crazy sock day, pj day, cowboy day, etc.

9:00 - 9:45	Exploratory Centers & Free Time	Rotating: art, computers, blocks, sensory tables, imaginary play, puzzles, etc.
9:45 - 10:15	Circle Time	Bible Lesson, memory verse, weather, calendar, show & tell
10:15 - 10:45	Snack/Break	Potty, hand washing, making & preparing snacks and drinks
10:45 - 11:15	Group Lesson & Learning Workshops	Small & Whole Group: ABC's, reading, writing, journals, math, number sense
11:15 - 11:35	Recess or PE (Playground or Worship Center)	Balance of free play and structured exercise for gross motor skill development
11:35 - 11:50	Specials	Rotating: Spanish, Sign Language, Music
11:50 - 12:00	Clean & Pack Up To Go
